Are you an experienced sales advisor looking for a new challenge working in a great environment earning up to R20,500.00 per month?
We currently have a position available for a target driven, motivated individual to join our team at Clever Call as a call centre Sales Advisor providing legal subscription services to customers.
What’s in it for you?
- Basic up to R6 000.00
- Monthly commission up to R14 000.00 for meeting KPIs and targets
- Monthly attendance bonus of R500.00

Success in this role could also lead to progression within the organisation
What will you be doing?
- Pitching and closing new business once interest has been gained by a lead generator
- Communicating the benefits of the products and services we provide to potential customers
- Taking payment details to set up payment arrangements
- Managing cases effectively until the 1st payment has been received and it can be passed to an Account Manager
- Resolving customer queries
- Maintaining accurate customer personal details and notes our CRM systems
- Communicating with existing customers to ensure “promised to pay” payments are processed successfully
Skills and Experience we need from you…
- Working in a call centre environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Computer literate
- Fluent English skills – speaking, writing and reading
