Role Requirements
To be considered, you need to have completed Grade 12. This forms the foundation for the skills and responsibilities you will be taking on in this role.
Skills Requirements
You bring a few key skills to the table,you need to know your way around basic computer systems and can navigate them with ease. We are looking for someone who brings atleast one years working experience in administrative task, ideally within the medical or healthcare environment.It is essential that you can communicate clearly and confidently in English—whether speaking, writing, or reading and that you are comfortable with basic typing tasks and can manage digital documentation efficiently.
Role Impact
This is a role where your attention to detail and sense of urgency truly matter. You are responsible for making sure important results reach the right people, especially when time is critical. You help clients get the support they need by managing switchboard calls with care and accuracy. You also assist with account-related tasks, helping ensure that patient payments are processed smoothly. And when it comes to keeping our hardware running efficiently, you are the go-to person.
