Full job description

Handle inbound and outbound customer/ rep calls, emails and WhatsApp’s 

Resolve queries, complaints, and requests within set turnaround times 

Answer Calls within the SLA set 

Log all customer interactions accurately in the ERP system 

Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments 

Maintain knowledge of products, services, and processes 

Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive team environment 

Assisting Clients to navigate theonline ordering portal and provide necessary training 

Take and handle all Telephone orders and Sales relating to warranties and spare parts 

Occasionally working with rep orders and assisting with walk-in customers 

Minimum Grade 12/NQF Level 4 

Proven experience in customer service (preferably within a call/contact centre) 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes 

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems 

Accounting package current Sage Pastel (advantage) 

Between 1 – 3 Years
