Full job description

Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) is a structured educational approach that combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience in a workplace setting. It bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice by allowing students to apply classroom concepts to real-world situations, typically through supervised placements. The primary goal of WIL is to enhance students’ employability by developing relevant skills and preparing them for the workplace before graduation. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply. Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

N6 Electrical Engineering

  • Electrician
  • Instrumentation

N6 Mechanical Engineering

  • Fitting and Turning
  • Platter / Boilermaker
  • Welder

N6 Civil Engineering

  • Plumber
  • Carpenter

N6 Automotive Engineering

  • Motor Mechanic
  • Auto Electrician
  • Diesel Mechanic
